three week goal.. advice needed

So I have 3 weeks monday until my holiday in spain..
I am happy with my weight loss and the number on the scales BUT I would love a nice lean physique..
Any advice on the work outs and routines I could do to get as close to this in 3 weeks as possible.. I want a toned tum and bum.. I hate squats btw because of a trapped nerve in my hip/ leg :-(
