    I eat breakfast for dinner all the time...Super quick and easy to fit into macros.

    Breakfast foods are anytime foods, imo. Also, this dude might work nights, so his breakfast is your dinner. I hated when I worked nights, but mostly because time passed slowly.

    It confuses your body into thinking that is is morning and throws off your sleep cycle. Your body can't rest adequately!!!
