Breakfast foods are anytime foods, imo. Also, this dude might work nights, so his breakfast is your dinner. I hated when I worked nights, but mostly because time passed slowly.

this! i used to work 11pm-9am, when i got home i was up all night so i would make pasta or some other type of dinner or a sandwich, and when i got up at night before work i'd have cereal or eggs.

What's wrong with omelette for dinner, they are good any time of day mmmmm

It confuses your body into thinking that is is morning and throws off your sleep cycle. Your body can't rest adequately!!!

i'll believe this when i see a peer reviewed article on it

I actually can't stand the sight, smell or taste of almost all breakfast foods before 4pm. Waffles and sunny side up eggs for breakfast? Barf. Waffles and eggs for dinner? *shoves you out of my way to get to the table*

omelet is a brunch dish anyway and the French eat them for dinner all the time. I have no ideas why Americans(I am one) think they are breakfast food.

Eating breakfast food at night confuses your body and in doing so forces it to give up toxins from its fat cells which are then eliminated through your liver and kidneys. Oh .....wait......wrong thread sorry.

Please don't blind yourself OP who will spy on my eating habits and divulge them to a forum full of strangers then.
