Here are mine. I was hovering around 215-220 in all these photos; these were all HUGE wakeup calls, unfortunately I didn't start to do anything until I reached 250. Now I'm around 230 and still chuggin!

Here's one of the few pictures of me, as I've tried to burn most! This was taken about 3 months before I finally decided enough was enough. Doesn't help I'm standing next to one of my skinny friends LOL okay guess it wouldn't matter who I was standing next to at 285 lbs I made everyone look skinny.

My "oh crap I'm fat" photo used to be this:

But now I look more like this:

Edited for "not my kid to post photos of on the web"... lol...
July 2010 @ 240 lbs (5'5")
My OMG I'm THAT big moment.
I'm 42 lbs down from that pic but I'd like to be at a healthy weight one of these days.0 -

Terrible! It's obvious my body isn't meant to carry this much weight. And I'm a little heavier than when this picture was taken.
Also, note skinny sister in background. I want HER genes!0 -

This was taken about 3 years ago. I was maybe 220 lbs. and about a size 18 or 20. I was posed with 2 friends I just cropped out, yea look at my huge legs and double chin I looked hideous! Fast forward to now I'm 52 pounds lighter and a size 10 or 12 (depending on brands) I still need to loose about 25 more pounds but I look a heck of a lot better now
so proud of my progress, even through I'm not done yet.
This is what I look like now! big difference
P.S. sorry for the poor quality0 -

These pictures probably wouldn't have been flattering no matter what, but being 80lbs overweight didn't help any either. Now I finally like seeing them cause I've come a long way since then.0 -
My daughter posted this on Facebook after a family bbq.
I am the one on the far right-couldn't believe how fat I have gotten, cripes!

This is a really awesome thread! These are 2 of the pics that woke me up in January of 2004. I cried and cried when I saw these. I was 190 lbs. (I'm only 5 ft tall.) I'm on MFP to lose about 15-20 lbs that I gained last year while crazy busy with my Etsy business (and my two kids and my husband) but I like to look back at where I used to be 9 years ago. If I could lose 90 lbs back then I can lose 15-20 now.

I leave you with these words.
