    I work from home so I'm not the most active of people, but I do couch25k 3x a week. I eat 1500 on non-workout days (burning on average 2000 according to fitbit, leaving me at a 500 calorie deficit) and eat back 1/2 of my workout calories.

    1st GW: Under 200. Small enough to Skydive!!!

    Currently working out a minimum of 3 days a week for 60-80 min and trying to maintain a caloric deficit. That being said I take the good with the bad. This is about a lifetime of health and not what the scale says, for me that's the side effect!

    I just HATE exercise!!! But I know I have to get this done for my health, it's no longer about what I look like (scary). I've done this before -- twice--. Lost 50 lbs the first time and 60 lbs the second time and both times managed to gain just about everything back. Looks like a great site, keeping my fingers crossed:happy:

    Hi and welcome! I'm 29 been on mfp 2 yrs sw 160 cw 145 height 5'9" although I'm at goal I continue to log because I am hooked now. My goal now Is to continue to get more fit and toned and logging helps me stay accountable :-) shoot me a request with a note if u like!

    I'm 40 (almost 41) and I packed on about 75lbs when I was pregnant...over 9 years ago!! And, like I just pointed out, I'm 40 and in my head its NOW or NEVER. I've been hitting the gym, not as frequently as I should. I know myself and I ALWAYS do better if I have a fitness buddy....but I don't have any takers in my neighborhood.

    Have been on mfp sense November 2013. I do good for a while in logging food and exercise but then I slack off for a while, then I go back to logging everything. It's a vicious circle....I'm telling ya.

    I am 41 years old, 5'6", My highest weight was 213. Now I am down to 199. I have not been in the "onederlands" since I was 14 years old. Need all the help and support I can get because I have been stuck in the 199 for like 3 weeks. This is not easy. Recently diagnosed pre- diabetic.

    Started last Wednesday, but only got scales through post today (denial is a wonderful thing) so don't know if I lost any in my first 6 days! Oh well onwards and upwards.
