No Dough Pizza
I can't give the specs on this, because everyone will top theirs differently. Enjoy
NO DOUGH PIZZA!!!!!!! This one is a WINNER!!!! Gluten Free, Low Carb, Diabetic Friendly!!!!!! For when you absolutely want pizza but not all the carbs!!!!!!!
Crust
1 (8 oz) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Topping
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
toppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, peppers Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spay a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

I made it today for the first time and I loved it. My 15yo son loved it as well. I'll definitely be making it again. I made a recipe for it so I could add it to my diary when I eat it. It is not exact as one might add a little more pizza sauce, more or less cheese, more or less meat, veggies, etc. But I wanted a basic idea as I am watching my carbs. Here is what I said in my recipe (I divided the tray into 6 pieces):

Great Value - Cream Cheese 28 g, 1 container 800 calories
Cheese - Parmesan, shredded, 4 tbsp -- 83 calories
Eggs - (whole egg), 2 large -- 155 calories
Great Value - Shredded Mozzerella Cheese, 1.665 cup -- 400 calories
Ragu - Pizza Sauce Homemade Style (Net Carbs), 1/2 cup (63g) -- 60 calories
Winn Dixie - Pepperoni Slices, 28 Slices (28g) -- 260 calories
Great Value - Baked Ham Slice, 8 slice 28g -- 240 calories
Total 1,998 calories, 948g cholesterol, 152g fat, 6,283g sodium
Divided by 6 would be: 333 calories, 158 cholesterol, 25.3g fat, 1047 sodium
Now if you added veggies that would add a small amount of calories to the pizza.. but this is the basic recipe.0 -

I just saw this on my facebook and I have to say it does not seem healthy or lo fat to me.
All that cheese and sodium from the ham pepperoni and sausage would kill me.
But that's just me.0 -
I haven't tried it with low-fat products yet. Only made it the once to see how it tasted. And 'usually" even when I have regular pizza I try to just have one slice and have veggies and dip or a salad with it. Been trying to eat less refined carbs (ie flour) and this seemed like a good option.0

If you use Neufchâtel in stead of cream cheese it will lower the calorie to 232 per serving and the fat to 17.5 g per serving. I'm trying this tonight. Hopefully it's delicious!0

Found another one with cauliflower crust...sounds odd, but it's YUMMY!!
Sweet Potato, Goat Cheese and Kale Pizza
Cauliflower Crust
2 cups cauliflower, grated or food processed into rice size pieces
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1. Coat a cookie sheet with a thin layer of olive oil.
2. Spread grated cauliflower across oil-glazed cookie sheet and bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix cauliflower, cheese, egg, garlic and oregano until well combined and dough-like in texture.
4. Spread mixture onto a parchment paper-covered pizza pan and create a circular crust. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Toppings
1 sweet potato, medium-sized
2 cups kale leaves, chopped
2 tbs. goat cheese, crumbled
2 garlic cloves, minced or smashed and chopped
pinch of salt
1. Bake sweet potato in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until well done.
2. Heat 1 tbs. of olive oil in frying pan and saute kale until wilted, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
3. Remove sweet potato from skin and mix in a bowl with salt.
4. Spread sweet potato mash onto pizza crust and top with garlic.
5. Sprinkle goat cheese and kale on top of potato layer.
6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy.0 -

as for the ingredients, you lost me at full fat cream cheese.
This might taste great, and Im not saying it doesn't, but I dont see how this is any healthier than a normal slice of pizza.
If you want to make your own "healthy" "pizza"- just use low fat cheese and low sodium sauce and melt it over whole wheat crust. that's it. simple.0 -

Looking at your weight loss, I would say you're getting it right! My diabetic hubby will LOVE this, and so will I on my restricted carb regime. I'm gonna make this but adapt it. The fats are irrelevant to me at the moment, so I would probably have more than one slice (yummmm......)
The fact that you have created the pizza "taste" says it all. Who needs dough!!
