What's your demon?

    Salty snacks. If I eat one pretzel I may as well eat 300 calories worth of them (which I guess isn't the worst binge in the history of binges, but it's still demoralizing to be enslaved to a pretzel).

    Any kind of chips! And I can eat one whole bag no matter what the size. It's just one bag, right? Ugh!

    Fine cheese, red wine, hot bread (all together! :mad: ) and everything with sugar in! Mostly near my period, it is verrrrry hard to stay away from those demons :angry:

    Donut... Any and all oh, yea and cookies... Wait cake I love cake....ice cream.
    Food pretty much any and all of it... If everything tasted like Brussels sprouts I would be skinny.
  • Salt- pretzels, chips, etc.

    Dairy- LOTS of cheese

    Carbs- Bread, pasta, pizza, etc.

    I can usually keep myself away from the sweets, though every so often, I'll get myself a cupcake or Ben & Jerry's.

    My biggest downfall is Convenience&Location at work. The candy is right on the checkstands, I have to walk to get to the produce. It isn't a problem when I get there before I have to clock in and can buy my apples for break, but if I try to do it after, I find half my break gone by the time I check out!

    ((luckily the bakery is all the way in the back, as is the deli, so I'm usually safe from baked goods and our awesome fried chicken!))

    Potato chips. I could eat a whole bag if I let myself. I don't buy them, but other people in the household do, so then they're there.

    I'm afraid of how awesome I can actually be.

    interesting .. I think this is mine too... or rather being a little afraid of allowing myself to be really successful.
    let the procrastination begin lol

    foodwise .. no food demons except for having fructose/fructan malabsorption which is no fun at all :(
  • Anxiety and anger which can lead to me not caring about what I eat. I lose focus.

    Tiredness. Leads me to eating more. Doesn't happen often and so far I manage to factor it into my allowance, but my lunches tend to shoot up to 1000 cals if I'm tired.
