Have you considered adding more salt in general? I supplement my sodium intake by simply putting salt on snacks like apple slices, rhubarb and I salt and pepper steamed vegetables. If this still doesn't work, Ramen Noodle soup has a crazy amount of sodium. A tip for adding a "little extra" to Ramen is to crack and egg, beat it and drizzle it into the soup while it's "growing" in the boiling water.

Country ham (aka real Virginia ham). I coat it in salt to make it less salty tasting.

    Tortilla chips with salsa
Cottage cheese (has SO much sodium, before joining MFP I had NO idea)
Any sort of pickled, preserved, or canned vegetable/meat
Sports drinks have a surprising amount of sodium, too.

Anything preserved or pickled: pickles, pepperocinis, jalapenos, etc... or frozen meals. Salt is a preservative so any frozen meal - diet or not - is loaded with sodium.
