Actually....nothing. If I want cake I eat a small piece. Whatever I want I eat it in moderation. Portion control is the key for me.0

nothing really because i eat whatever i feel like lol. but i actually do miss chipotle because we moved and there isn't one close by. sad face.0

I have never really had much of a sweet tooth until I diet, then I crave cake ,cookies, and chocolate. How weird huh? I'm more the pasta,bread,chips and soda eater. So yesterday I was looking through my kitchen for a sweet substitute and couldn't find anything! I was like a crackhead looking for a rock crumb! hahaha Finally I settled on half a pb&j sandwich (sugarfree jelly) and 1% milk. Ughh I've been doing well for 19 days and this is my first hair pulling food craving I have had so far....But I survived! :drinker:0

Nothing really..I like eating healthy and how I feel, but I don't restrict myself and have a cheat meal or snack here and there. It gives me something to look forward to. The quote that I love the most is "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels". When I think of how I feel losing weight, there is no food or snack that tastes that good to take away that feeling.0

But I can't really find a good thick NY cheesecake here in CA. So I guess that.0 -

I eat whatever I want, I fit it into my macros and calories for the day, I don't ever binge because I'm not depriving myself of foods I like to eat. I don't hold to the notion that there are a certain number of "clean foods" and if I eat anything else than I am doing something wrong. Restricting yourself to a handful of "clean foods" can regularly lead to binges, and that is not healthy. IIFYM eat it!0

I miss being able to eat copious amounts of my favorite foods in front of the television.
Don't get me wrong I still enjoy my favorites, just not in ridiculous amounts.0 -

I miss being warm. I've lost 65 lbs since my peak weight, and I swear I haven't been warm since. I'm almost always cold! Unless I'm in moion actually... as soon as my blood gets flowing I'm a furnace, but if I'm sitting still I'm generally chilly.
Definitely a problem I can live with, though.0 -
Sometimes I really miss being lazy.
Food-wise I don't miss much, except for brats and sausages. I've really been trying avoid processed meats, but man I love brats and chorizo and andouille and salami and pastrami. Why can't those be health food?
I like cake well enough, but I come from a very big family so birthdays and weddings supply my cake fix.. :laugh:0 -

I just found out I have a gluten allergy so I am now gluten free... and I am going to miss it.
In general, I miss bar food.
And for those who say "moderation," some people are not psychologically capable of moderation. Some just need to say NO completely. That's me.0 -
Luckily I'm to the point that I don't miss anything. My eating habits have become just that. I eat healthy and in moderation.0

I miss yakiniku.
I can't get good yakiniku here. There's one good Korean Barbecue place that serves tan shioyaki and it's 60 miles away.

Chicken wings. Those Golden Corral wing buffet commercials get under my skin a little.
Otherwise, I'm fine. I got back on the pizza wagon by using broccoli crust, so I'm good there.
For the most part, the food I eat now tastes better than the stuff I was having previously, so it's a more than fair trade.0 -

I have been doing this for almost 6 months and I feel pretty comfortable with everything. So I dont miss much. Plus I dont deprieve myself of things, if I want it I will have it. Just more aware AND I want to make sure it is worth it!0 -

I missed brownies and other sweets so my daughter and I made brownies earlier this week and are slowly eating it
I never like to say goodbye, only like to say "see ya later"
