Bernard Matthews Turkey Dinosaurs and salad. I am a cook/chef by living and has made lots of meals, but never took any pictures. But as im back on the wagon, and if i get time. Il try take a few more pics of healthy creations.
Turkey Dinosaurs 113 calories each, weight watchers pitta bread about 105cal, salad and coleslaw comes to about 250, all with sweet chilli sauce, 65 cal.

A typical lunch for me to take to work: stir fried onion, garlic, carrot, mushrooms, and zucchini with spaghetti sauce and a bit of grated cheese, a glass of milk, 25 grams of unsalted soda crackers, an apple and two mangosteen, and a watermelon salad.
