Does the exercise goals in your profile make a difference on the calories? I just want to make sure that is there as just a goal and not affecting anything since I track my calories and calories burned daily....

You are correct, those are just goals. Your calorie goal is determined by the activity level you choose (sedentary, etc.).0

No, I think it's there for motivation. You have to log the exercise to get the extra calories.0
