    I made these yesterday. They are yummy. I didn't add any sweetener apart from the 1/4 cup of sugar and might even reduce it further because they were really sweet. I used a whole small egg, too, because we don't have replacements for that in Germany - and I don't mind using whole eggs instead, and I also used 2 tbsp of butter. I made 6 cookies, with cranberries, each one was 160kcal. I would do them more often if they were less dense in calories.

    I would think whole wheat flour would be better to use than white flour which is listed in the part where you gave the calories and nutrients. I replace all my recipes that call for white flour with whole what, except for pie crust, it seems to work fine. Also any recipe that calls for crisco, I substitute canola oil but when doing that you have to play around with the amount of flour because of the added liquid. I just noticed that in the original recipe you did list whole wheat flour but GM all purpose flour in the calorie listing.
