    It's going to be very close....hoping to get out for a long ride this weekend to take some 'pressure' off...weather isn't looking like it's going to be in my favour next week...+40c does not make for pleasant biking....doable...just not pleasant.

    30 minutes on Cyberex The Arc (love/hate) relationship with this machine: 1.37 miles hill setting
    20 minutes on Stationary bike 3.92 miles general setting
