Hello, everyone! While I have been successful with weight loss on my own - at least a little bit, I find that I'm stuck and need some help. I created a program for myself and lost 25 lbs., but then fell off my own wagon. I've kept 20 lbs. off, but vacillate within 5 lbs. I have about 50 more pounds to go. My problem is sticking to my program, which is really generous! I injured my Achilles Tendon (exercising, nonetheless) and now find it difficult to move forward with a program that doesn't involve my feet and legs - lol! Recently I learned I can go UP stairs, but not down, so maybe that will help. At any rate, I was reading a news article that said keeping diaries and maybe joining an online support group would be helpful. Hope this works!
