I just made this recipe again and thought I would reply so that any of you newcomers would have a chance to maybe see it. These cookies are SO good! My whole family loves them. I make mine a little smaller and can have 2 for about 100 calories. Enjoy!!!

Cool on a baking sheet for two minutes, then transfer to… your mouth.

LOVE that direction - nice and simple!!!

Made these tonight - cut it in half to make 12 cookies and it's a good job I did as I've already eaten 2 - didn't wait patiently enough for them to cool so they got a bit stuck to the baking tray (I did still scrape off the bits left though - I want all my cookie!! Lol). They are really yum!

I only used the egg white and substituted the white sugar with sweetener and they are delicious!! (worked out in the recipe section as 44 cals each!!) Might add some oats next time for a bit of a different cookie, ooh the possibilities!! :)

    Thanks again!!

When I first started learning to bake as a kid, my Mom taught me how to make them!! Except it was just 1 cup PB, 1 cup sugar, and 1 egg. Super easy recipe. These look a little healthier, and I have plenty of natural chunky PB to use.

Sounds like the same recipe to me :)

Would it be alright to substitute both white and brown sugar with white and brown splenda? Do you think it would lower the alot? If so by how much?

Using splenda would lower it quite a bit as there is no calories in it....a cup of regular sugar is about 700 calories if i remember correctly! I use splenda for everything I bake....Just check it out in the recipe calorie calculation
