So here it is…..

ME at 40kg down - Still a few more to go, but still here it is…

40kg of embarrassment

40kg of self loafing

40kg of self hatred

40kg of questioning what was missing in my life

and most importantly 40kg of no self-confidence all gone…

I am now becoming the person I want to be…

I didn’t completely hate my life at 105kg, I just didn’t realise what it was like to take full advantage of LIFE and what it felt like to LOVE life.

I am now starting to to build a relationship with myself,

The way I look no longer totally repulses me and I am starting to think “yeah, I look OK!"

I just needed to put this out there for other people to see, I guess it kinda makes it more real!
