How do people stay under their MFP limit for sugar? I find this almost impossible to do while still eating enough fruits and veggies (I'm a huge fan of carrots.. they have SO much sugar though!). Can anyone give me any suggestions of low sugar fruits, or any tips for staying under about 40 g of sugar per day? Thank you!
