tired of my abs "almost being great"

i eat pretty healthy MOST of the time! but i never really track my calories and i KNOW for sure that is my down fall!...starting now its time to get things in order and actually get my abs to where i want them to be :-) gonna ROCK this!...im half way thru "turbo fire" and i can already tell im getting firmer legs!...but still eating to many calories thru the day!...crazy how the extra calories ONLY go to my ABS! grrrrrrr....but that will change now! :-)

    tracking your food makes such a difference and it makes you think before you put something in your mouth. Try really hard to track your calories, it makes you aware of what you are eating and forces you to make better choices and stops the mindless munching

    Sounds like you know what you're doing, and when it comes to that stubborn belly fat, your diet will make it or break it..good luck:smile:
