  • Definitely count me in! I did the healthy version of low carb for over 2 months and lost nothing. I am switching to calories because I feel there is more support!

    A question for anyone able to answer. My goal is 1200 calories a day. Although when I exercise, it seems I get the amount of calories burned through exercise back into my daily goal.

    Shouldn't we be trying to burn more than we eat? If that's the case, why are those calories burned added back in?

    Please point out the obvious to me...thank you!
