    I seem to be very regimented around breakfast foods...

    1.Coffee - drip, black

    2. Almond milk - unsweetened

    3. Kirkland (Costco brand) Mature Multi Vitamin

    4. Egg - large, boiled

    5. Greek yogurt - Trader Joe's plain non-fat

    6.Granola bar - Kashi Trail Mix

    7. Vegetable juice - Trader Joe's low sodium Garden Patch

    8. Olive oil

    9. Orange - whole fruit (must have eaten a ton before the summer fruits arrived)

    10. Flax seed bread - Alvarado Street bakery

    Number 11 is Crunchy Peanut Butter, to go with that bread!

    I found that in the am I crave FAT & carbs. I have no appetite for meat or eggs in the am.

    fresh Buffalo mozzarella + fresh tomatos and basil.
    sometimes I add olive oil, sometimes I get fancy and add pesto. I always add one.
    I eat it with a whole grain organic pita and 33oz of water

    keeps me full for hours

    Why am I not surprised to see coffee on here twice? Regular coffee at work, organic at home. The two diff coffee creamers and sugar is to go in my morning coffee at work - rest of day is usually black coffee. Now I want a coffee.

    i remember we were on an offshore fishing trip and caught one by trolling...when we were having the fish cleaned i was given a fresh piece raw and it was the best sashimi ive ever had...even had a faint lemon taste to it

    I should note this is not really surprising since I eat yogurt, fruit and nuts for breakfast almost every morning and drink coffee every morning. And since I'm basically a pescetarian who loves vegetables and cheese.
