At 108 grams of protein, thats 432 calories... so more than half. sounds like you dont really care if people tell you not to do this because your going to do it anyway, but i would say protein shakes, nuts, egg whites, low fat cheese and yogurts, lots of fish(tilapia/swai/shrimp for low fat), chicken, quinoa, spinach, romane lettus...
