Honestly, I'm just egging it on too... ;-) I did say I needed practice... In all seriousness though... it came down to who had a better program as both Universities cost the same to me...

The NFL.

The idea that college players play for the passion and love of the game is a myth. Look at rules violations and extras that they receive.

Knew him personally! He can and will kick *kitten* when he wants too!!! But generally gives at least one run up a game!! Gave him lots of hell for that....( man, that chickens more burnt than you were in the game last week...) so maybe we toughened him up for ya!!!

To actually answer the question though: by far, far, FAR and away...College. GO BUCKS
It's hard to beat the traditions, loyalties, community involvement of college...where you literally feel like you're a part of the team when you're screaming your head off in the student section, where you're tied forever as an alum. Pro just isn't the same.

Maybe. Again, like the BCS system there are multiple ways to award top rankings to a conference or a school for particular achievements (Directors Cup, Capital One etc.) The good news is that since we are at this point in the thread we can all pretty much agree Football is better in College and the SEC has the strongest conference. :drinker:

Not really a football fan but a lot of people I know who are football fans like college better.

luv them both --but considering sundays are better tv watching daze than saturday, limited broadcasts from eastern teams here on westcoast and the NFL has fewer decent teams which is then easier to follow teh few good ones-- sooo NFL.

But we do luv the Ducks!
