What do you put in your coffee?

Tried both almond milk and coconut milk and oil. Sticking with half and half. Not ready to let go yet: :bigsmile:0

I've done keto months at a time, 2 months marks today0

Love mine black w/a low carb breakfast bar in the mornings!0
-
whiskey.
Yes.
If it is good coffee, black. At work, I bring this concoction http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Hot-Buttered-Coffee (It is a brown sugar and spice mixture if you don't want to copy/past the link) because we have a communal Keurig and everything that comes out of it tastes like garbage and dirt.0 -
1 tsp demerara sugar
1 tbsp half and half0 -
A shot of Jameson's Irish Whiskey. :drinker:
As a calorie replacement for Bailey's
I used to drink my morning coffee black, and started adding cream and sugar around the time I gained weight (coincidence?). Now, I just use about 1/4 cup skim milk.0 -
I drink tea instead. Doesn't make me jittery, though my friend is a fan of the flavored protein powders for her coffee. She likes vanilla and coconut. Maybe try that and see what you prefer.0
-
Little bit of sugar and cream.0
-
As a treat a 30cal machiatto creamer but on routine a cpl drops of
liquid 100% Stevia.0 -
Skim milk.0
-
I just stick my finger in there and stir. Because I'm sweet enough.0
-
in the morning I mix it with my sugar cookie protein powder and a little creamer. At work with creamer.... but not too much to where I can not taste the coffee...0

Black with 1 packet of Stevia (or Splenda). Used to be addicted to the flavored creamer but realized how many calories that was when I had 3+ cups a day. Would much rather eat my cals. I did use the unsweetened vanilla almond milk for a bit and that is pretty good.0

Salted butter, heavy cream, and coconut oil.
Drinking it the bulletproof way, huh?
I prefer mine black usually, at least in the morning because I don't want to break my fast. If I have a cup later in the day though I might follow the above.0 -
I use coffemate sugar free sweet italian creamer. It has only 10 calories per serving and it tastes great!0
-
I use Almond Milk - unsweetened. It has a milk consistency, but in coffee adds a bit of a nutty taste.0
-
1 Scoop vanilla whey mixed in 4oz water, that's my creamer. Love it.0
-
I discovered the most awesome way of making coffee last weekend! I usually drink black coffee BUT if you add about an inch of orange peel to the coffee, it makes it taste like chocolate orange!!
Fantastic!!0 -
Hot chocolate and Splenda. I hate the taste of coffee on it's own, so I use Swiss Miss Diet cocoa packs.0
-
unsweetened almond milk also. Low calories with flavor.... too funny I noticed other people do the same0
-
Steamed almond milk and sugar free vanilla syrup0
-
I use 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 tsp of pure cane sugar. 2 cups a day and I'm good to go. I used to use Coffee Mate up until about 3 months ago, and I will never look back!0
-
I add pure stevia powder extract to my coffee. Nothing else.0
-
less than a tablespoon of coconut oil! good fats to wake my brain up0
-
Splenda and fat free half & half. I figure being 100+ overweight is worse for me than the Splenda...0
-
I take mine black.0

A little vanilla protein powder, tastes like a latte mmmm
I've thought about this one - but not tried it!!! Might be good on mornings when breakfast seems impossible. Coffee is NEVER impossible. I would probably get that done if it made me so late I had to dress in the car.0 -
I'll usually add 1/2 tbsp. of liquid creamer (International Delight or Coffeemate - always a fat free variety), 4 packets of sweet'n'low, 1 tsp of Trader Joe's coffee grinder (sugar, coffee beans, and chocolate), and 1/2 tbsp. dry sugar-free vanilla creamer.
Oh - it's all added to a large cup of coffee brewed by my Keurig!0 -
Hate, spite, Voldemort's blood.0

A little vanilla protein powder, tastes like a latte mmmm
My sister makes something similar, but she adds a half cup of almond milk. Clearly I'm going to have to break down and buy some protein powder this week.0
