seems to be werking
seems to be twerking...
Does clicking the TV remote more often count as moving more?
did someone say twerking??
I'm still waiting for someone to add that into the exercise database.
I don't want to admit how long I just sat here laughing at this gif...0 -
Sounds legit. I just have one concern/issue before I get started: what counts as water?0
-
It doesn't work. I joined a rock/scissors/paper league and increased my hand activity by hours every week and I haven't lost ANYTHING!0

My eyes hurt now.0 -
I don't know about this one guys. Sounds kind of unhealthy. Moving could be dangerous too. Personally I'd look to a differant program, one that isn't a fad like this one. And if you do insist on trying it anyway, I'd start slow! Lol0

I could probably eat less, but I hate moving. I like my neighborhood. And all the packing and unpacking is a major PITA.0

Eat less what? Less WHAT?
You didn't say what food or food group I should now go the extra level and totally fear and obliterate from my diet completely? Is it meat? Is it carbs? Is it corn? Potatoes? Corn syrup? It's carbs right? I know it's carbs, it's gotta be carbs. Fer sure. Uh, oh...maybe it's diet coke. Not alcohol though right, tell me it's not alcohol.
Also time to invest in a moving van. Renting u-hauls seems inefficient if I'm gonna have to move more.0 -
Does it have side effects?0

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm0

ugh, does this mean i have to eliminate my spike day of 8,000 calories to keep my metabolism engaged?!?!? i know i have a link somewhere....0

I thought the guy was hilarious until I saw these side by side. I damn near choked on my food.
As for the move more/eat less diet. NAH... totally doesn't work. I drove for like 8 hours the other day and didn't lose a single pound!! And I was moving at like 70 mph! I'm gonna go stuff my mouth with cheetos and chocolate and cry into my pillow now.0 -

That looks like great core exercise! It's only a matter of time before someone offers a group exercise class twerking class at my gym, with the addition of 32 rep 8 lb dumbbell exercises.0 -
You are so wrong! I tried that, I was eating 500 calories a day (5 evenly spaced meals of 100 calories each) and going to the gym 2 hours per day, 6 days a week and zumba on the day I didn't go AND I GAINED 6 LBS!!!111 But then I started taking hCG and everything's okay now.0

If I take raspberry keytones will it speed it up? Because there is no way that works as a stand alone.0
-
what about the more extra eat never/move always diet? so blows this one out of the water.0
-
Sure, it works for 20-year-old men. But what about the rest of us? I get fat if I look at bread.0
-
Darn it!! I've been doing this wrong the whole time?!?!? lol ;-)0

She's totally trolling. It's a great spoof on some of the crazier posts around here.0
