What Vitamins Do You Take?

I take a multi and fish oil. I'll probably be stopping the fish oil once my current supply runs out.
I take D3 in the fall and winter when I don't spend much time outside. In the spring and summer I get plenty of sun so the D3 is unnecessary.
Jonny, have you ever considered the case against multis?

He makes a good case about avoiding antioxidant supplementation, which I agree with. People take stupid-high levels of A, C, and E. Some multis even have ridiculous levels of them, and that's one of the main reasons I stick to a cheap multi that has 70-100% of the RDA for these vitamins. I don't see any reason to suspect that these levels would be harmful in any way. Furthermore, the multi has a lot more than just antioxidants. Vitamin K, the B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, chromium, and lycopene are potentially beneficial and present in reasonable quantities.
What are you thoughts on PUFA? http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/unsaturatedfats.shtml
God I read so much conflicting stuff about saturated vs pufa vs mufa that I think we don't know crap about how all that works. As far as I can tell, there is far too little information to come to any kind of actionable conclusion. I just make sure I get fats from a variety of sources and go on with my day.
me too. Old one by Masterjon but interesting. http://www.westonaprice.org/know-your-fats/precious-yet-perilous0 -

Shakeology... it's like 5 trips to the salad bar.
Yeah, if on each trip you only take enough stuff to fill a thimble.

A few years back I was interested in nutrition. I've moved on to genetics, epigenetics
Nutrigenomics, and so on.0 -
Omega 3
Biotin (my hair and nails really love this one)
Eggshell Membrane (trying it out for arthritis in my knees)
Vitamin D (doc recommended cuz i'm old and its good for bone health, but I just read it can help in weight loss)0 -
None. I eat relatively healthy, so I don't need any.0

I have noticed a great improvement with biotin. My nails grow super fast and my hair doesn't break as much and I certainly do not lose as much hair anymore.0
-
I was thinking about starting a B12 vitamin...have people found that they give them more energy?0
