I haven't been out for breakfast since I started my weight loss journey so im a little apprehensive of how high in calories my choice is going to be and id love to keep it as low as possible!
So...
heres my options... I would love it if I could get some tips from you of what would be the lowest calorie option
thanks so much! (oh and, im pretty shy and don't want to really ask for anything specific like 'don't put butter on the toast' so, yeah, just like to choose one of the options I guess)

The one thing I would actively avoid is the muesli. My experience with homemade cereals and granolas at restaurants is that they are huge - usually a cup and a half to two cups, when I would usually eat 2/3-3/4 of a cup. And it can be hard (for me anyway) to tell how much I'm eating if it is served in a bowl. I would go with the berry yogurt and seasonal fruit (berries in season - yummy) or the Tomato, avocado and cottage cheese (if you like cottage cheese. I don't. ick!)Hi!

Go with the T.A.C. Not only does that sound the yummiest, it also gives you some healthy fats, fiber, and protein. I don't know how many calories though.0

yes, I am definitely thinking the TAc! sounds so good! the calorie count is the problem though because if I don't know what the calories are I tend to over estimate by a lot to be safe and then spend the remainder of the day eating very little which is annoying. :P0

I'd probably go for: Seasonal fruit salad w berry yogurt & bonville honey $10.50 - sounds delicious and one of the healthier options there in my opinion0

i would go with the avocado. I would take off the top slice of bread and just cut it as an open sandwich (sourdough bread , though delicious, is usually very dense = heavy and often those sandwiches have oversized slices of bread). Count it as 2 or 4 slices of bread (you'll have to eyeball it). then add the amounts of avocado and cottage cheese (say 1/2 an avocado and 1-2 tablespoos of cheese).
and - ENJOY!0 -
Definitely the TAC,............as the Queen suggests0

pretty much had a meltdown when I got there as I was so hungry and had the pancakes (without bacon) plus hot chocolate and a mocha!!!!!! :O was incredibly yum though :P :P I've tried to track it, and its looking like the one breakfast has exceeded my daily goal (1200), guess im going to have to go for a run today!!0
