Mine's open, but I've no friends to chastize me about what I put in my facehole! I've been a bit of a slacker in the last month or so about logging everything, but I'm pretty close most days.0

Mine is open as well...you are welcome to add me. I have had weight loss surgery though, and I eat differently than most. I have to. But I have learned a great amount about nutrition over the last year since surgery, and may be able to help with suggestions along the way. You can do this....keep your chin up and know there is a big group of us trying to do the same thing you are doing! YOU WILL GET THERE!!!

Mine is open. I log everything unless I'm out of town and it's too hard to get to a computer. I also usually pre-log my day's food and exercise so I can see where I have some wiggle room.0

Mine is open to friends -- feel free to add me if you share my approach (in which case you'd get much more out of viewing my diary and vice versa): I aim for 1808-2000 cals per day, eat mainly whole/fresh foods (I try to steer clear of the heavily processed items, although I do enjoy dark chocolate and wine), and log everything I eat, even on days when I don't make the best choices. I don't log my exercise, but I mention it in the notes section. I've lost 45 lbs since January but still have a long way to go.
