The small gym where I work out is right next to the fire station in town, so I'm often sharing lifting space with firefighters. It definitely motivates me when lifting around those guys.0 -

here's the shallow part: YOU ARE SOOOO HOT NOW.
here's the non shallow part: you are amazing and an inspiration. you changed your life so you could be a part of something bigger than yourself, and you've accomplished that goal! now you are qualified for SWAT. how amazing is that? know how long it takes me to run 1.5 miles? 20ish minutes. and i think your friend, the fallen officer, would have been SO proud of you.0 -
