    that is incredible, I loved the 30 day shred so much that my DH wanted to try it and to support it I am doing it again.

    WoW! This is awesome!

    I recently finished the 30DS and thought I had pretty good results, but yours are even much better!! And omg, all those lbs. lost -- I and most people I have seen have only lost maybe a few lbs, sometimes none at all (despite having lost some inches and visually appearing slimmer), while on that program.
