I am 5'6 and my current weigh is 178. My goal weigh is 160 and I'll probably change it once it's met.0

5'10.5" and my goal is 160 but I'll reevaluate once I get closer to my goal.0

My goal weight is 110. I'm 22yo and 5'1. I've had 2 children (both c-section because neither would come naturally) 1 in 2008 and 1 this year in March. My husband thinks I'll be too small at 110, but I set it as a goal because I'm more likely to push harder to get to it if it's a bit smaller than what I could probably settle with. Aim high, or in this case, low!0

I am 5'1.5" and I *think* my goal is 150. I am 222 with 45% body fat right now which puts my lean mass at 120 pounds. If I can keep all of it as I lose, 150 would give me a BF% of 20%. That's my goal - 20% body fat. I don't give a rat's *kitten* what the scale says as long as that's my composition.0

I agree that the goal weight should not be the total goal. I am 5' 4.5" and weigh 126# . I don't think I would want to go much lower than that as I already have very little body fat. When people post their waist or thigh measurements for comparison, etc. mine are already smaller than most. So I really feel the number on the scale should not necessarily be the total determining factor. You will hopefully know when you reach the weight that is best for you.0

I am 5' 4" and I would love to be a very fit and muscled 145. Obviously below that would be awesome, but 145 would put me in "normal" BMI.0

I'm 5'8" and my tentative goal weight is 180, for long-term...I'd like to reevaluate that later on. I could have a goal anywhere from 175-200 and be happy with it, though.0

For my career goals, I need to stay under 150 lbs, I am 5'5. I'd prefer some wiggle room on the scale so I'm shooting for anywhere between 130-140 lbs. Once I get down to it though, I plan on focusing more on body fat % (goal is 18%).0

I'm 163cm (about 5'4" I think) and currently 76kg (167lbs give or take). My goal weight currently is 65kg which is 143lbs and at the upper end of healthy BMI. I think I will probably revise that weight down once I get to 65kg, maybe to around 60kg (132lbs), but I will see how happy I am with my appearance once I get to my first goal. I'm aiming to build lean mass as well so I would be happier to be heavier if it meant I looked better.0

I'm 5'3 and currently weight 129 lbs. I was 122 a 2 years ago but was skinny fat I didn't workout and had no muscle tone. I have been working out for almost a year now and have a little bit of muscle tone. I don't really have a goal weight I would really like to get below 20% body fat. Currently I'm at 24% body fat. I have a very small frame so I could easily lose another 10 lbs and not be to skinny.0

I'm 6'3" at 216 want to get to 200 or even 195. That last 15 is really tough0

5'4" my goal is about 23% body fat. I have a goal weight of 165, that probably isn't too far off. But once I hit onderland, I'll ditch the scale as a measuring tool and focus on the BF percentage.
My frame is small to medium. I have small wrists and ankles but also have lots of muscle.

Well, since I can't make make myself grow in height, my goal height is 5 feet with a goal of 100 pounds.
I've done it before and I can do it again with Jillian and her 30 day shred...
