    Hello, I am 5' 4 1/2" and current weight is 175, goal weight is 135......looking to lose weight and tone up muscles :)

    Mine is probably higher than most. I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is around 160. When I was training for a half marathon, I was around 150 and loved my body. Big boobs, big hips, hourglass. So that's what works for me. I don't have the body type to get down to 120something and really wouldn't like my body that tiny.

    5'4 here & I'd like to be 60kgs - CBA working out what that is in lbs.

    In my opinion you should measure your progress with a tape not a scale. Muscle weighs more than fat. Build that and burn fat...

    We are so going for the same weight and same height too.
    My daughter looked up body typing and apparently I am a mesomorph with a large frame.
    Could explain why I have large muscle mass and weigh more than people think.
    I am a big fan of using clothes as a measure with scales as a back up

    My goal height is to add another 7 inches or so. I'd like to be be 6'5'' if I could. I figure the weight will just even out once I get there.

    Over time gained to 123, now working on getting down to 117 again

    My goal weight is 110. I'm 22yo and 5'1. I've had 2 children (both c-section because neither would come naturally) 1 in 2008 and 1 this year in March. My husband thinks I'll be too small at 110, but I set it as a goal because I'm more likely to push harder to get to it if it's a bit smaller than what I could probably settle with. Aim high, or in this case, low!

    I am 5'1.5" and I *think* my goal is 150. I am 222 with 45% body fat right now which puts my lean mass at 120 pounds. If I can keep all of it as I lose, 150 would give me a BF% of 20%. That's my goal - 20% body fat. I don't give a rat's *kitten* what the scale says as long as that's my composition.

    I agree that the goal weight should not be the total goal. I am 5' 4.5" and weigh 126# . I don't think I would want to go much lower than that as I already have very little body fat. When people post their waist or thigh measurements for comparison, etc. mine are already smaller than most. So I really feel the number on the scale should not necessarily be the total determining factor. You will hopefully know when you reach the weight that is best for you. :)

    I am 5' 4" and I would love to be a very fit and muscled 145. Obviously below that would be awesome, but 145 would put me in "normal" BMI.

    I'm 5'8" and my tentative goal weight is 180, for long-term...I'd like to reevaluate that later on. I could have a goal anywhere from 175-200 and be happy with it, though.

    For my career goals, I need to stay under 150 lbs, I am 5'5. I'd prefer some wiggle room on the scale so I'm shooting for anywhere between 130-140 lbs. Once I get down to it though, I plan on focusing more on body fat % (goal is 18%).
