6 calorie cookie dough bites!

edited January 29 in Recipes
Ingredients:

2Tblsp coconut flour

1/2 banana (can sub 2.5T applesauce)

3Tblsp almond milk

Chocolate chips (can use raw, if you want)

sweetener (If you don’t want these to be very sweet, then just let the banana be the sweetener. I used about 10-15 stevia drops. Use what you want or have on hand and adjust to your tastes)

Directions:

Mash banana, and combine with coconut flour in a small bowl. Add almond milk and stir. Sweeten to taste, but remember some of the sweetness will probably get lost if you freeze these. Mix in chocolate chips, form into balls (I actually form into balls and then press the chocolate chips in) and eat!

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner…

Nutrition Info:

Per bite based on 16 bites

Calories: 6 (about 8 or 9 with chocolate chips)

Fat: 0g.

    Great idea!! Thank you!!

For just a taste of something sweet I also keep frozen lite Cool Whip in the freezer and have a spoon size bite and let it melt in my mouth. Not bad...

What kind of chocolate chips have 0 fat? Certainly not any I'd want to be eating

    Yeahhhhhhh.

OP Have you actually eaten these? I dont see why adding the choc chips would do anything positive to the "pinda colada" cookies. Maybe white choc chips? A better idea would be to add pineapple and ditch the chips. For a tropical delight cookie.

Im just guessing from the ingredient list though so maybe I am wrong. Would love to hear the results of this.

    Ok I made them:

    here are my findings:

    1. They are very small portions for your serving size. About the size of my thumb, and I have small hands.
    2. They are soggy
    3. They weigh 6 grams each bite. I can have REAL cookie dough that size for under 30 calories.
    4. They were COMPLETELY disgusting. I added vanilla stevia just as you suggested as well, and it still didn't help.

Good luck on your journey, OP. :flowerforyou:

I see toes and a dog. Is this sanitary? Perhaps this is to distract us from the poor excuse for cookies.

She has to keep them short so she doesn't stab herself when she lifts all those heavy plates. Not plates full of cauliflower cookies.
