    Thanks for this!

I used light peanut butter, rice protein powder and oats and divided into 4 muffin tins.

Mine came out to (per bar)
    190 cals
    12g protein
    7g fat
    24g carbs

I make these, but don't include the grains. You have to eat them really fast when you take them out of the freezer or they melt!

  • Too easy. Used choc protein and almond butter instead. Nice!
  • I'm sorry, but what does "bump" mean???

When you reply to a thread, it "bumps" it up to the top of the forum. It also adds it to the "recent posts" list in your profile, making it easier to find. It's kind of like a bookmark.

I use this recipe and it's great. Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips to bring the entire batch to 800 calories. The chips add flavor and consistency. I make 5 bars at 160 cals vs 4 at 200 cals. It's all personal preference.

    Awesome! Thank you!

I plan to do it with half vanilla, half chocolate protein, half peanut butter (the kind that you fresh grind at winco) and half almond butter, and replace some of the oats with ground flax. I'll let you know how it goes!

My one ingredient protein bar just requires you to cut a chicken into a square.

For nutritional value, you add it up and divide it by the number of servings. Each person will have different results, as to what kind of Whey protein you use.

But if your going to post up a recipe, the nutritional value would help. Just saying.

    how many protons/serving?

I would imagine there are millions upon billions of protons per serving in this recipe. Considering how small protons are. Probably an equal number of electrons as well.

Heck, I'd even toss in a bunch of neutrons too.

    Hope this helps!
