I Lost A Person, But I Found Myself: Leaky's Story

Wow, your story is really inspirational. And really quite close to my own experience with WW. I really couldn't stand eating about 1200 a day and still plateauing. I was hungry ALL the time and nothing seemed to help. I quit WW, lost a few more lbs on my own using MFP but even MFP had me really low as well, and I'm always shy of "eating back" exercise calories because I don't have an accurate way to measure them. So I stopped tracking and ended up gaining a bit back.
But I found help through the forums, about TDEE and all that. I'm now doing NROL4W and eating about 1900 a day as a slight deficit. I hope I'm getting my metabolism on track, and I can only hope that my results would be close to yours!
Thanks for sharing.0 -
Yours is one of the 'stories' I wanted to read but had not seen it until today.
It really is a huge inspiration to me, My journey, so far, has mirrored yours quite a bit, in fact the only difference is you did the official WW thing and I kinda did my own version (too embarrassed to go in person) I am now going down the more recent stretch of your journey with the weight training and if I get half the results you have I will be very happy.
I notice that you have left (I had noticed I hadn't seen you post for a while but didn't realise you had actually left) I hope that you pop on still and see my comments as I would really like you to know that you truly inspire me to carry on doing what I am doing.
I wish you good luck in all you do.0 -
