HAS ANYONE STARTED EXERCISING? I STARTED LAST WEEK UHHH VERY HARD TO RECOMMIT MY SELF. I HAVEN'T EXERCISED SINCE JAN. 2010. I AM DEDICATING 3 DAYS A WEEK UNTIL I CAN GET TO 5 DAYS A WEEK. LAST YEAR FEB 2009 I WEIGHED 182... I STARTED TO KICK MY SWEET TOOTH AND NO JUNK FOOD AND BY JULY 2009 I WAS DOWN TO 148. OF COURSE I EXERCISED 5 DAYS A WEEK. IN MY PROFILE PICTURE I WAS 152 IN MARCH 2010 ON MY VACATION. AS OF AUGUST 2010 I AM CURRENTLY 166... I NOTICED MY CLOTHES CAN'T FIT AND SOME ARE TOO TIGHT WHICH MEANS I SLACKED OFF. BUT I WON'T GIVE IN. I AM STARTING FRESH... I WOULD LIKE TO GET TO MY ORIGINAL GOAL WEIGHT OF 140 LBS. AND KEEP OFF THE WEIGHT...0

I have joined a gym, but haven't been for about two weeks - hoping to get back there next Thursday (I'm really busy in the next few days) but in the meantime, I'm walking a lot more.
I think that three times a week is great to start with, then gradually increase it as you say - it will happen

I hope everyone is still on the path to weight loss. I went away for the holiday weekend and still watched what I ate and logged what I ate. I didn't get to exercise this weekend but instead of driving to breakfast or lunch my husband and I walked from the hotel to eat waliking about 20 minutes each way. Even though I was on vacation it was so important for me to stay in control of what I ate... I hope everyone will join me in losing 25lbs by Jan 2011 (-;0

28 pounds by January would be amazing :-) Tonight will be my 1st weigh in after a week strictly counting calories & logging meals religiously......fingers crossed all the hard work....& avoiding temptation in the last week has paid off :-S0

I want to lose 20 lbs by January 1st also. I want to join with everyone. It's motivating when its done as a group. I work out at Curves at least 3 days out the week. I'm doing the 50 million pound 30 day diet, started last week. Its a real good meal plan. Check it out www.50millionpound.com.0
