if not please advice me whitch one should i buy , i need 200 g protein aday ....

  • Dehydration & diarrhea if the rest of your diet isn't balanced. Why are you aiming for so much protein in your diet? Are you trying to bulk up?

    i ususlly eat healthy food but for proten it will reach maybe max 80 g , i was think i need to get powder proten ...

    Make sure you eat enough fat and drink lots of water and you will be fine...I'm female and eat at least 150-180 g of protein a day - it's fine....

    If I don't stay hydrated and have enough fiber it can constipated me.

    no gas for me either. i use lactose free milk and have no digestive issues at all.

    I tend to have gas eating lots of protein regardless of it's powder or from meat/dairy I think.

    I am intolerant to Casein powder protein and it really messes up my guts; feelings of hunger and general sick feeling - but that's me specifically and no reason for others to avoid it.

    Damn, i was just joking, and people are coming out with legit digestive complaints. Nothing is wrong with protein powder. PLENTY of articles online and plenty of threads on MFP.
