    Was able to get in 1.83 miles tonight in 30 minutes on the elliptical!!

    Getting closing to completing my goal AND I am back to running my normal schedule starting this week (M-W-F)!

    oh my ... it has been a while since I updated. I am up to 65.5 running miles for the month to date. Slowly getting there. It was been unusually warm here the last two weeks so if I do get out for a run it is normally short - - unless of course I go late at night and even then it is still too warm :laugh:
