I have used MFP for over 565 days straight. In that time I have lost 150lbs. I've been diagnosed with and then beaten diabetes, been taken off of blood pressure and cholesterol medicine, become a runner and avid fitness guru. I hope that this picture of success may be a motivator to someone else to prove to them that there is no magic pill, just diet, exercise and hard work.
