    I have used MFP for over 565 days straight. In that time I have lost 150lbs. I've been diagnosed with and then beaten diabetes, been taken off of blood pressure and cholesterol medicine, become a runner and avid fitness guru. I hope that this picture of success may be a motivator to someone else to prove to them that there is no magic pill, just diet, exercise and hard work.

    Way to go...I only have a few hundred days to catch up on ya...do not want to lose 150 lbs but if I can reach my goal in less than two years and maintain, I will be so so happy...good on you and thanks for the motivation!!!

    Goal Weight: 195
    Current Weight: 192

    Might decide to end at 190ish...

    Height: 6'1 1/2
