    Ran 5 miles yesterday evening. My initial plan was to speed walk for an hour round the track, but about 15 minutes into the workout I got fed up of watching people run by me and ended up running intervals for the remaining 45 minutes :bigsmile:

    I'm in Maine on vacation and my Internet is horrible at our new campground. I will not be able to help update the sheet more than likely. I'll post my updates as often as I can. I'll set up August's thread later this week when I'm at my dad's on their wireless setup. Hope everyone is doing well staying on track to make their July goals.
