I hereby declare that on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 I will:

-Ride my exercise bike at a leisurely pace for at least 10 minutes
-Weight-lift 4 muscle groups according to my new, self-designed weight-lifting plan.

Once complete I will quote myself and report my success!
