brilliant im currently on day 4 of the shred ,ive attempted it a few times but never even got to level 2 lol, but after seeing your pics im even more determined to stick with it. my son was born on 23rd oct but 2010. at my heaviest i was 15st 7 that was 4 days after giving birth. im now 11st7 . x youve done amazing x0

I have that exact question...for now, I've been listing it as
Cardio:
jumping jacks (vigorous)
kickboxing (including turbo jam)---->as close to squat and punching and butt kicks as I can find in the database)
boxing, punching bag
rope jumping, moderate, general
Strength:
pushups
front squats, barbell, arms crossed
lunge
abdominal crunches
biceps curl
As it's listed like this, it burns roughly only 130 calories0 -

This inspiration has come at the perfect time as I am on Week 1/Day 3 of Ripped in 30. Of course the soreness is really kicking in and it would be easy to pass on the workout today. I want results like yours, so guess what's next on my agenda: exercise! Keep of the great work.0

It's incredible that you only lost 8 lbs, and yet you look like you've easily dropped 4 or 5 sizes! This is really inspiring to me since I just started Jillian's workout DVDs; I'm alternating between 30 day shred, Banish fat, boost metabolism, and Killer Buns and thighs. I only hope I see as much progress as you did, great work!0

Thank you for posting. I'm 2 years post partum with my daughter and I still a little baby pooch left, and you've given me hope that I can get that to go away - because yours is melting away!!! My daughter was born March of 2012, I always love seeing other 2012 babies.0

Your stomach looks amazing! I can't believe how you eliminated the overhang! I'm doing new rule of lifting for women and I love it but I am definitely going to do 30DS next!0
