Aww, when I saw the title "Religion and sexual preference" I was hoping for some good old fashioned MFP mud slinging!! haha In all seriousness, I love this song. It really is beautiful. Something I've learned over the years is that religion doesn't make people hateful. The ones that are haters would be haters with or without religion. Evil people come in all races, religions, shapes and sizes. We need to stop dividing ourselves with these labels. I don't give a rats behind whether you are white, black, atheist, christian, muslim, gay, straight, or unicorn. If you are good to me, I'm good to you! That's the way it should be!!

Really? I mean really?................................No just no. The bible already says homosexuals will not enter the kingdom of heaven and yes it is a sin. To ignore it is foolish. I will tolerate and treat with respect but I will not approve of this lifestyle nor will I endorse it.

/que the pro angry LGBT comments.

Yeah its in the bible, yes god says its a sin...guess what? Your not god hun you dont get to judge, you dont get to discriminate, you get to love your neighbor as thy self. THATS what god tells us to do.

<--- Not a gay life style supporter
that being said I DO think as long as no one is bothering me or my family then they can do what they want and have the right to be left alone to do so.
I think people have the right to their opinions, so I hope no harm comes to you for saying that. I'm glad you realize it's wrong to try to change someone else, even if you don't agree with them.

hopefully this song also helps to fix the blatant homophobia in rap music in general.

It is rare that a song will move me to tears, and maybe it really isn't the song so much as the sentiment behind it.

A dear friend of mine will marry within the year because finally.... FINALLY where he is he can legally marry his partner of some twenty years.

If he lived in my country, he would only have just been given the right against discrimination.
