    Goal- 125

    Now I have to go walk the stairs again, I over eat a little tooo much!

    Hi there. I hope it's not too late to start this challenge!

    Mini-Goal: 225
    Goal: 150

    My other mini-goal is exercise at least 3 times a week. I've managed to do that for the last two weeks and I'm loving it!

    When I weighed in this AM I was down a pound. 3 months and it finally budged ONE pound. I'm happy for even 1 lb as long as it is going in the right direction. Are we supposed to check in 1 x a week?

    When I reach 165, I want to be able to do lunges with 2 pound weights . . .15 reps, 3 sets!

    Well, well, well. Guess what I did today? I finished my ballet squats with 12 pound dumbbells in each hand and then did lunges with 5 pound weights in each hand. Three SETS!!


    One goal demolished!

    Looking through different postings here I am seeing a lot of different finish dates. I see 8/30, 8/31, 7/31 and 8/1. Can anyone please tell me what the correct end day for this challenge is?

    I think the "official" day was the 18th. But I like to push the window of opportunity, and am posting my last weight on the 30th!
