  • Ran yesterday for Week 4 day 2 of my repeat week of 1/2 Marathon Training and ran my fastest 2nd of 2 miles at 12:36!!!

    I can smell that goal getting closer!

    7/25 + 3.1 miles running intervals pushing a 40 lb kid in a 25 lb stroller... ugh!

    Today I did 46.41 Kms, so far I'm at 332.14 / 350! So close to my goal and still 6 days to go :bigsmile:

    July Goal - 75 miles!

    July 2 - elliptical 3.3 miles
    July 4 - rode 7 miles
    July 6 - walked 2 miles
    July 10 - rode 5 miles
    July 11 - swam .85 miles & ran/walked 2.6 miles
    July 18 - swam 1 mile & rode 7 miles
    July 20 - treadmill & elliptical 3.5 miles
    July 21 - rode 7 miles
    July 23 - walked 1.7 miles
    Jul 25 - swam 1 mile, rode 5 miles and ran 2.5 miles = 8.5 miles total

    49.45 / 75 finished!

    I do not think that I will make my goal this month.... I am okay with that though because until the end of July I am going to work to see if I can get as close as possible!
