Nice to know but it doesn't bother me. I have done over 96 squats on a daily basis for a long time with some circuits that I have done in the past and have done now. I do not expect miracles but it does help me keep my heart rate up so I am using it for a "warm up" before I do my other workouts. It will also help to give me extra leg/glute workouts which I do need. lol
However...if you are a beginner I can see how this could be an imbalance for a beginner for spot training anything. I don't believe in spot training and I think ti should be incorporated into the other fitness routine that you are following.

I switched out rest days since I did a gaZillion squats in my kettlebells class. Day 3 4 5 6 done! Sorry I can't check in daily but great job everyone! Hope all booties are sore!0
