Just started logging 2 weeks ago. For a year & a half I was going to the gym & eating what I considered healthy food...I love veggies & especially salads. I was sooo discouraged because I wasn't losing any lbs. I quite smoking too. My husband said I must be doing something wrong. I argued no I'm not maybe its a health issue. Well lo & behold I may be eating food that is good for me but was consuming too many calories. Tracking daily keeps me in check. I have lost 3 lbs since I stared logging. I am glad I have.0

I have logged religiously for one week exactly (feels like a year LOL) and that is the longest I have ever logged anything:) I really feel it keeps me on track and motivated. And I am surprised at the nutritional value of the some the foods I have taken for granted!0

Me, good and bad. A couple weeks ago I logged in at around 5000+ (3000 more than my daily intake) calories. I thought I would be judged and criticized by my friends but they loved the honesty and actually cared. So with my friends support it keeps me motivated and committed to keep going.0

Me, I've logged on every day since 9th April apart from the 9 I was on hols in a wifi free spot. I make the rule to weigh every morning first thing, record all exercise and if I eat it I log it. MFP is the best support I can think of and even though I'm nearly at goal I shall continue to log every day I can. I'm so glad I'm not alone, my friends think I'm mad doing this every day... but whatever! It works!! Good luck everyone.0

I log every day, even if it's a bad one and I'm over my calories.0

I log everyday, have been for over 200 days. When I first started using this site back in Jan 2011, I had 680 consecutive day logging streak. I got sick just before Thanksgiving and messed that all up. Just as well as I had gained my weight back and needed to start over.0

I almost made it to 100 days, but we went on vacation in June and I didnt count anything for a week..I also gained 7lbs back but I had an awesome time. Very happy with myself and the progress im making. It feels wonderful to be able to eat normal things and still lose. My diary is open feel free to take a look.0

 I do! I actually prelog a day in advance, I have to otherwise I won't stay on track. It's easy to lose track of what you are eating while your eating it and once it's eaten there's nothing you can do about it. So, the night before, I look at what I have, decide what I feel like eating. Then, I make up a menu for the whole day, Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. It usually takes some tweeking but in the end I have a menu that stays at or under my daily goals for calories, fat, carbs, sodium & suger.0

Today is day 187  I log EVERY bite before it goes in my mouth! I log 12 glasses of water a day and all of my exercise! I plan to continue to log EVERY day even after I start to mantain in like 5 lbs! I love MFP it is the second reason for my success, my husbands love and support is the first!!! Good luck to all!:flowerforyou:0

I've logged every day since June 3rd (55 days counting today). 44 pounds later, it is really working for me. I'm obsessed with logging, its the only way I can accomplish it. Every day is a struggle though, I have the best friends on here who support me. Feel free to add me if you are the same.0
