Healthier: popcorn, so I've cut back on how often.
Unhealthy choices: Flipz, red licorice, chocolate chip cookies,
cinnamon rolls .. there's more but I'm awful w/most bad

I starting popping corn myself stove top. I just store it in a gallon size ziplock, so I can just close the bag and eat the rest another day.0

Cake, cookies, anything with wheat, sugar and dairy basically.
Also nuts, milk chocolate and peanut M&Ms.0 -

Mac & Cheese, mashed potatoes, and virtually any cereal. I also have an issue with Triscuts & cream cheese.0

I just love it...I have a bottle on Friday only now rather than 1 or 2 bottles a day !!0 -

Reese's, flamin' hot cheetos, flamin' hot munchies, oreo's/chips o'hoy with milk, pizza, chinese food, japanese food, fries, any ind of chocolate especially the ones with filling, donut holes,rice, and grilled meat0
