yum yum!! to make it even better you could leave out the mayo, add a little extra avocado and 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice. the avocado and lime juice will make it creamy

We eat so much chicken and I am always looking for more recipes! This sounds delicious! I will have to try an avocado first though...I have heard so much about them but haven't gotten myself to try them yet.
WHAT!?? Try them, you'll like them!! Start off with something like guacamole if you are hesitant or try a little on a sandwhich or something...I usually just cut my in half, sprinkle a little salt and eat it right out of its skin!! MMM!! 0 -
