I've logged in everyday since I added app to phone. Also multiple times a day... Its like a tick, but a good one and helps me stay on track I think. Add meh if you'd like!0

I sure try to...and have only missed out of unexpected happenings. It's amazing how great MFP is to keep me on track. I feel I need to do it or I can easily deviate.0

I log in everyday to track my food, no matter how unhealthy it is. It is the only way I can keep myself accountable.0

I do but i'm a noob and only have 50 days or so under my belt compared to the heavy hitters in my freinds list (150-365+ days of logging for alot of them) and it is great. I have the app on my Galaxy so it makes it easy as I log virtually every meal as it is prepped and eaten. Barcoding scanning rocks versus the "guessing" game of the databases. I definitely think that overall success is equivalent to logging in (almost) religiously.0

I do, I have to. Otherwise I would forget what I ate. It's easy too which the app on my phone, when I'm out I log instantly.0

I LOG DAILY!!! I even logged all my beer yesterday, although, I was not sure how to count the keg stand, so I just logged it as an additional beer... hehehe... anyways, I log EVERYTHING!!!0

Me... I just logged a 3,000 calorie day because of a huge birthday bash. *gag*, I want to be sick now. No, not bulimic, lol. I actually feel sick. :P So disgusting.0

I log pretty much everyday

I have been logging in everyday for 85 days. I have the app on my phone and log in my food/exercise as soon as I finish it and don't wait till end of day to log activity. Makes me disciplined about it and I can see how I am tracking for that day's calorie goal.
BTW, how does one add the badges (xx lbs lost, xx lbs to go, etc....)
