    wow ! that is amazing . I am soooo proud of you for noticing the signs that you were overweight like not being able to tie your shoes or huffing and puffing to climb stairs. glad your denial only lasted a while, many people do not ever get out of the denial stage to do anything about it. you look amazing. you will be a great support system for a lot of people.
